EPIGENA LIVER
Epigena Liver is a new liver cancer-specific DNA methylation test that detects and monitors the development of liver cancer for early detection. The detection is based on cell free DNA (cfDNA) methylation in plasma. When the normal cell is cancerous due to epigenetic mutation and release DNA into blood , the DNA becomes a circulating tumor DNA. The uniqueness of its methylation pattern can significantly distinguish cancer cells from healthy cells.
