The Taipei Biotech Award is an award program established by the Taipei City Government for the development of innovative technologies in the biotechnology industry since 2004. Each year, a investigation committee is composed of experts in bio-tech, finance, and financial-intelligence, and select the city’s standard schools and institutes to present trophies and prizes. The Taipei Biotechnology Award is also a well-known international biotechnology exhibition with a title of “Biotechnology Oscar”.
This year, OneTest artificial intelligence early cancer screening which invested by our partner 2020 GeneSystems Inc. and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou won the 2020 Taipei Biotech Award Technical Transfer Gold Award. Tumarai, our early tumor screening product, also uses this technology to help diagnose common cancers early.
